PraxyConsultation
The versatile AI assistant that summarises and analyses all your consultations or pre-consultations, whether by phone, video conference, in-person, and integrates with your current applications and patient files
A multichannel solution
Works on web page, on your video conferencing web tools, on mobile phone for professionals on the move, with IP telephony solutions, etc.
Mobile application
Launch the generation of transcript and CR from your smartphone, useful for healthcare professionals on the move
Video conferencing software
Using the Chrome plugin launched on the web page of your video conferencing tool, we capture the audio streams to generate the transcript of the consultation and its CR
IP telephony integration
We offer custom integrations so that the generation of transcripts, CRs, and an intelligent answering service works in an integrated manner with your IP telephony solution for all your teams (e.g. advanced practice nurses, medical secretaries)
In physical consultation
Our web application uses your PC's microphone to record the consultation (functional with most fixed or portable PCs and MacBooks, and if necessary, we provide adapted microphones)
Which analyses voice and text for medical language
The application not only produces your reports, puts them in the format required by My Health Space, but also extracts the structured data expected by your ERP to allow more granularity in patient follow-up, as well as the identification of potential anomalies or risks
Automatic generation of customised reports
By default, we offer a CR that includes the 22 to 26 sections required by My Health Space and only those discussed during the consultation are displayed (Reasons for the care episode, Care Plan, History of care, Current and past problems, Allergies and Hypersensitivities, Medical devices, Acts and Interventions, Prescriptions, ...), but this can also be customised according to your care, and a short version is also proposed
Extraction of structured data
Whether for updating patient records or for clinical research purposes, several hundred structured data points (Morphology, clinical stage, Allergy or Hypersensitivity , ..) can be extracted from your audio consultations and CR bases. We rely on My Health Space standards, which are themselves based on international standards (LOINC, CIM 11)
Generation of Healthcare Professionals' Standard Documents
You can define the standard documents that will be generated automatically after consultations: addressing letter to a colleague, medical certificate of absence, e-prescription
Identification of risks & suggestions of questions
During the consultation, the Praxy software can suggest questions to ask your patient to complete their file (e.g. have you had K colon screening?) or check file inconsistencies
...and integrated into your ecosystem
To gain efficiency, we offer integrations with the main medical ERPs on the market
Integration with patient files (in progress)
The universal national and European patient file is gradually enriched with all the information from the organised patient file in 26 sections with over 300 types of structured data, and various document types. We are developing a complete integration with this, at the end of each consultation you validate the information to be sent. Other integrations are being studied, such as secure messaging and shared calendar
Integration with specialist ERPs
We build plugins via API to communicate with specialist ERPs (Calimed, Maddie, Cegedim, ..) for data extraction for the patient file, retrieving calendar information, ..
Reports compatible
with European standards for the future shared medical file
